Lisbon, Portugal — COREangels International announces that, as of November 17, 2025, the fund previously known as COREangels Climate is no longer part of the COREangels global network of funds. This decision follows a mutual de-licensing and termination agreement between COREangels and the fund’s leadership team.

Following this transition, the new fund will operate independently under its new name, Axel Carbon Capital. COREangels International expresses its appreciation to the fund’s leaders for their work over the past two years and extends best wishes for their future endeavors.

COREangels will soon launch new thematic angel funds focused on high-impact sectors. These new funds will complement COREangels’ growing global syndicate, which gives qualified investors access to premium early-stage startup deals sourced across the entire network.
